After a stressful day I like to walk off stress. Sometimes, I like to kick it up a notch and climb a wall, or be silly and talk to geese, or quack with the ducks. Playing releases tension from breathing fresh air and listening to the wind blow through the tree branches. The aviary chorus sings in harmony. Nature offers a bounty of joy for those who stop to hear the music.

There are many benefits from playing. Physical activity strengthens the heart and can decrease the risk of developing coronary heart disease. Exercise can diminish your stress hormones and trigger the release of endorphins, the hormones which make you feel happy. Physical exercise has no calories, sugar or gluten.
