Nature’s Calming Impact

During these challenging days, playing outside everyday has calmed my mind and body. Playing outside includes daily walks, a bike ride, gardening and sipping coffee on my patio. My cat Alexander scans the green belt for squirrels, birds and mice. I even spotted a flyby from an owl one Sunday afternoon.

These are difficult days for everyone being quarantined or in self-isolation. Our livelihoods have been disrupted. Most of us will survive this time. Our world has opened our eyes to the numerous inequalities between people and countries. The future is unknown. We have this moment to feel gratitude for the abundance we have now. Posting photos of amazing moments in nature from my life below. Have a great day!
