Adopting a cat or kitten is good for your health
Peering at kitten photos and having these playful felines around are good for your mental and physical health. A cat can decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease, reduce the risk of a heart attack, decrease blood pressure, and lower cholesterol levels. Research shows that people who take breaks to look at cute animals are more productive throughout the day. Cats and kittens entertain us with their mischievous antics and meows.
Here are photos of the Mews News Staff who run the household.

Go ahead look at those photos of kittens today!
In honor of National Kitten Day, the Mews News staff celebrated with pink salmon for lunch. Meow! – Lacey
