Add Kindness to Leadership

My personal experience has shown me kindness has as impact on peoples behavior over time. Ones leadership style extends beyond your relationship with your employees or volunteers. Delegating tasks is a way to increase confidence and expand employees skills. Celebrate and recognize the success of others. Offer to help others when you observe them struggling. They will appreciate the support. Many were struggling prior Covid-19. The pandemic has increased the stress and responsibilities for all us.

This is a time to work together, be kind, listen, express gratitude and joy for the people we share our daily lives and workload. People are individuals with potential to be outstanding employees or friends with great ideas and happiness if given the opportunity.
